This isn't your normal 9-5 position, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills in recruitment while building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

What does a trainee recruitment consultant do?

Generate leads to identify and develop client & candidate relationships
Advise clients on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates to their business
Sourcing candidates and understanding their needs to identify suitable career opportunities for them
Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Actively contact business's via phone & email on behalf of candidates you are representing
Managing the full recruitment process through to offer stage
Negotiating pay and salary rates on behalf of your candidates
Offering CV, interview and general career advice
