The Company

  • My client is a successful global manufacturing business, offering a key opportunity for a Compliance Administrator within their established and dynamic team.
The Role
  • As Compliance Administrator, you will ensure that the business meets a range of legal standards and regulations in both the UK and the EU.
  • Your main responsibility is to deliver compliance which meets or exceeds legal obligations.
  • Ensure that Technical Assessments are completed and recorded in a timely manner.
  • Manage and control Certificates of Conformance and Declarations of Conformance.
  • Maintain, amend and contribute to the assigned Technical Manual, in relation to Files, Certificates, Declarations and other relevant documents.
  • Manage and maintain UK Conformity Assessed (UKCA) marking records and compliance.
  • Ensure that Material Safety Data Sheets are compliant with GB Regulations.
  • Control Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.

The Candidate

  • To be considered for the role of Compliance Administrator you should have experience in reading, understanding and implementing standards and regulations.
  • The ability to plan, organise and be self motivated are key to this role and you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An Technical or Quality qualification or equivalent experience is required.
  • Able to demonstrate practical experience of delivering complex product certifications within an engineering or technology led manufacturing business.
  • Knowledge of technical or environmental standards and regulations is advantageous.
  • Support and training will be provided to develop relevant skills, take on new challenges and build your career.
