What You'll Do:
* Assess how well controls are working and suggest process improvements.
* Regularly review policies and procedures to make sure they stay compliant with changing laws and regulations.
* Carry out compliance checks, focusing on how our client meets FCA's Consumer Duty guidelines
* Be the main point of contact for external regulatory bodies like the FCA and ICO.
What We're Looking For
* Experience understanding and communicating FCA requirements within a regulated company.
* Preferably experience in a regulated environment.
* Report findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Risk management experience in any industry.
This is an office based role in Glasgow City Centre.
