Front of House Supervisor Ideal Profile:

Front of House Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of service is always delivered to guests
- Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, supporting the Restaurant Management team
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance service and profitability
- Monitor departmental performance against KPIs, including productivity and Food and Bar GP targets
- Support staff training and development, identifying growth opportunities for team members
- Promote a positive, communicative, and collaborative work environment
- Uphold food safety and health and safety standards consistently throughout the restaurant
