Responsibilities in your new role as the Bar Manager
Responsibilities include managing daily operations of the venue, setting high standards, and training staff. You will collaborate with other departments on events, prepare and serve a variety of beverages such as cocktails, wine, champagne, beers, soft drinks, and hot beverages, and ensure proper wine service for functions. Additionally, you will maintain bar cleanliness, organise stock rotation, and engage with guests to deliver exceptional service.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least two years of proven experience as a Bar Manager. This experience should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of bar operations, and a track record of successfully managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
