As our nextFood & Beverage AssistantManager, you support the F&B Manager
Provide guidance and support to theFood and Beverageteam,helpingthem to achieve their potential andaccomplishoverall departmentalobjectives.
Areresponsible forensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food,drinkand service they receive.
Giveattention to detail,ensuringthat that the work environment is a safe,pleasantand well-maintained space.
Areinvolved indaily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
Work duty manager shifts as and whenrequired.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent inEnglish, another language is an advantage.
