Role Overview: As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Your responsibilities will include kitchen management, health and safety compliance, and maintaining accurate temperature records. You’ll work closely with our talented culinary team to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Management: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and cleanliness protocols.Temperature Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food storage temperatures, ensuring food safety at all times.Menu Execution: Execute a simple yet delicious menu featuring typical of a quality barTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence in food quality and service.Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize cost efficiency.Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.Â
Experience:
Previous experience in kitchen management is essential.Health and Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.Passion for Food: A genuine love for cooking and creating memorable dishes.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing demands in a dynamic environment.Â
