• Gross OTE Salary package: circa£36,000(+share of serv. chge + targeted bonus)
• Weekly working hours / days48 hours /5 days

Your role covers a range of duties, including administrative, leadership, customer service and other practical tasks commensurate with the position . Main function is to implement optimal and efficient management and delivering polished customer experience that befitsa prestige upscale restaurant

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in this role + min 5 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
• Industrial training in a world renowned hospitality institute
• Personal alcohol licence
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Strong leadership, excellent multitasking and organisational skills
• Evidence of sound health and fitness ie. Medical examination report or similar
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
