Our client is one of the largest construction companies within the UK with internationally-renowned experience in the successful delivery of technically demanding, multi-disciplinary and logistically complex projects.
To support current and future significant infrastructure project awards, they are currently looking for Civils Sub Agents
As the successful Sub Agent, you will have one of the following power, highways, civils or infrastructure experience.
You should have a main contractor background with similar civil engineering involvement
You will be based in Scotland and will need to travel to various sites across Scotland such as Argyll, Dumbarton, Fife, Edinburgh, East Lothian, Arbroath as well as Perth. Other locations will include however not limited to Stranraer, Dumfries, Newton Stewart.
A car will be provided for travel to sites in Scotland

Who they are looking for
To make a real impact as a Sub Agent, you’ll need:
- Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
- Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
- A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
- A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
- The ability to read technical drawings and information
- To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
- The flexibility to work unsociable hours on occasion.
Ideally Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or equivalent
