365 People are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our clients team.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of paper an hygienic and domestic use worlwide, with branches spread across Europe and the USA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our clients market presence in Scotland and North England. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
  • Analyze competitive products and services to strategize business development.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on client feedback.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest products and industry trends.
  • Train and educate clients on the benefits and features of our paper products.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Other:

  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.
