Role Overview
This role is ideal for a Commercial Account Executive or an experienced Broker looking to transition into an Account Executive position. You'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Retain and grow existing client relationships
- Provide tailored advice and insurance solutions
- Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms for clients
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures
About You
- Experience in commercial insurance, either as an Account Executive or a Broker ready to step up
- Strong client management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and insurers
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business growth
