Brightwork recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service expert to join our client based in Blantyre.

Working Monday - Friday

Specific duties -

  • Proactive calling into customer segments to understand their needs and explain product/equipment value, to grow product consumption.
  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and respect, encourage trial and on-going purchase of a broader range of supplies.
  • Actively renew agreements where customers are out of contract.
  • Interact with sales agents where appropriate to facilitate a quick, seamless outcome for customers to receive the service they require.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.

Ideal candidate -

  • A confident individual, with a drive for results and a passion for providing excellent customer services.
  • First-rate outbound telephone-based communication, selling and account management skills.
  • Strong written skills with an ability to deliver an accurate and concise message.
  • Empathetic and able to see things from different points of view.
  • Proficient user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Explorer.
  • A passion for delivering first class customer experience.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
