Key Account Manager - Scotland

Role Overview: The Key Account Manager for Scotland will manage the client contract, overseeing all facilities management operations, including fabric, M&E, and HVAC services. This hybrid role combines elements of contract management and account management, with a strong focus on maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, and driving account growth. The position is based in Scotland, with office presence in Glasgow and site visits as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the contract, ensuring all client needs are met and service delivery runs smoothly.

Act as the key point of contact for clients, fostering and maintaining strong relationships.

Oversee reactive works and planned maintenance activities, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.

Identify opportunities for expanding client workstreams and growing the account.

Collaborate with the Scotland team of 9-10 engineers, subcontractors, and office staff.

Support commercial objectives, including NHS framework opportunities and account growth.

Prepare reports and ensure adherence to compliance and operational standards.

Requirements:

Based in Scotland with relevant facilities management experience.

Strong knowledge of fabric services, with some understanding of boilers, M&E, and HVAC.

Client-focused with excellent relationship management skills.

Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
