About the Role:
As a Publishing Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the publishing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative individual to develop a career within the publishing sector. Working closely with clients and the wider team, you will ensure manuscripts are transformed into professional, polished publications.

Hours:


* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM


These hours will be flexible after training.

Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with clients to understand their publishing needs
* Process and format manuscripts using InDesign
* Create professional layouts, ensuring a polished look and feel for publications
* Use creativity to organise and refine manuscripts into professional book formats
* Other adhock responsibilities as per the needs of the business

What We're Looking For:


Skills and Experience:
* Strong understanding of the English language
* Computer proficiency, with experience in InDesign or other Adobe packages (advantageous)
* High attention to detail and precision
