Accounts Assistant
Glasgow City Centre

Do you want to make an impact in a thriving property and factoring business? Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. If you're passionate about finance and eager to advance your career, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Mon - Fri / 9am - 5pm

Benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier invoices and Client Rental Payovers
* Implementing Service Charge Budgets and Year-End Accounts
* Issuing Tenant/Service Charge Demands
* Monthly bank reconciliations and fund allocations
* Issuing fee notes and handling quarterly VAT reporting
* Supporting Credit Control in managing outstanding balances
* Responding to landlord/tenant account queries
* Maintaining tenant databases and liaising with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have:
* Finance experience, ideally within property
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel (TRAMPS experience beneficial but not required)

This role is ideal for someone organised, able to work under pressure, and eager to grow in a successful organisation.
