We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Bellshill. The company is growing, and the accounts team is a close-knit group that supports the wider team with accounts and back-office tasks. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in credit control. All applications are welcome from seasoned Accounts Assistants or Accounts Administrators.
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm.

Responsibilities:
* Receive and collate invoices from suppliers.
* Manage high volume invoice processing.
* Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding any queries.
* Reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Bank reconciliation.
* Credit control.
* Manage goods received (GDN).
* Deal with customer enquiries to resolution.
* All associated administration.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel & Word) and SAGE 50.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Able to work flexibly under pressure.
