iMultiply are partnered with an exciting and people-first legal firm in their search for multiple proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join their dynamic finance team as Cashroom Assistants. This role involves ensuring the smooth and accurate operation of Cashroom services while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with relevant accounting rules. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team in a reputable organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and review incoming funds daily.
  • Post client funds and fee receipts to the system accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve any unallocated funds.
  • Maintain records for undelivered funds.
  • Prepare end-of-day financial reports.
  • Process and post fund-out requests, adhering to firm policies.
  • Post bank charges and manage client deposit requests.
  • Handle factors’ floats and prepare end-of-day reports.
  • Provide additional support as required.

About You

We’re looking for individuals with the following attributes:

  • Previous cashroom experience in a legal or similar environment (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Glasgow, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary of up to £31,000, with bonus and hybrid, flexible working.
