iMultiply are partnering with a leading organisation based in Glasgow to recruit an Interim Finance Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of purchase ledger services and wider finance activities for an ongoing contract.

The Role:As a Finance Assistant, you will:

  • Process purchase invoices
  • Handle bank transactions and manage cash books.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve internal and supplier queries.
  • Prepare and distribute purchase ledger and payment reports.
  • Assist with invoice scanning and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties

What We’re Looking For:Essential:

  • Experience in a similar role with strong purchase ledger knowledge.
  • Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining spreadsheets and generating reports.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
