Are you ready to take on a dynamic role as a Service Co-Ordinator? Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team in Scotland.   • Annual Salary: £25,000

The Role:

As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will:

  • Log new service calls and liaise with customers via the SAP Service Module.
  • Plan daily schedules for your allocated service technicians to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
  • Update customers on open or ongoing repairs and orders.
  • Liaise with other internal departments as necessary.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.
