- Annual Salary: £25,000

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday- 08:30 to 17:00
The Role:
As a Service Co-Ordinator, you will:
- Log new service calls and liaise with customers via the SAP Service Module.
- Plan daily schedules for your allocated service technicians to meet customer needs.
- Maintain the SAP database, including sites and equipment.
- Update customers on open or ongoing repairs and orders.
- Liaise with other internal departments as necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Service department.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a varied administrative role in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A professional and courteous telephone manner with strong relationship-building skills.
