Jewson Partnership Solutions a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager who's as passionate about great leadership.

Hours - 7.30 - 5.00 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider network to support Customer requirements and business activities
  • Adjust the nature of services delivered according to developments in customer needs and expectations
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers
  • Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
  • Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, carrying out regular stock counts
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous background in builder's merchant with leadership experience
  • Experience managing Warehouse, Customer Service and Drivers
  • Experience working with Public Sector customers is desirable
  • Knowledge of Construction, Electrical or Plumbing Trade would be helpful
  • First and foremost, we always want to recruit great people that really understand our values and ways of working.

  • You will already have strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to empower the team to provide great customer service.
