Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butchery Manager to oversee our butchery operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and culinary practices, along with exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained while fostering a positive work environment for all staff.

Duties
- Manage daily operations of the butchery, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Supervise and train butchery staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations, conducting regular inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of meat products for service.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the butchery area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
