Our client, a leading retail organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Deputy Store Manager to join their team. As the Deputy Store Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, exceeding sales targets, and maintaining excellent store standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the store and lead the team in providing exceptional customer service to exceed sales targets.
  • Drive a high customer service culture to exceed customer expectations.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and motivation of the store team.
  • Maintain and update a high level of product knowledge within the team.
  • Ensure excellent store standards of display, point of sale, and housekeeping.
  • Carry out tasks as directed by the Retail Ops team and other head office personnel within the required timeframe.
  • Ensure the security of company cash, stock, equipment, and premises.
  • Follow company policies on health & safety and take responsibility for a safe workplace.
  • Keep the store stock file accurate through regular audits and good housekeeping.
