Store Manager | New Store Opening | Glasgow | Up to £37,000 + Bonus

Zachary Daniels has a brilliant opportunity for a Store Manager role with a branded clothing retailer who are currently growing and opening new stores across the UK and Europe. We have the pleasure in supporting them in seeking a Store Manager for their New Store Opening coming to Glasgow. We are looking to recruit a Store Manager that is service focused, and can engage and inspire a high performing team.

As our clients new Store Manager, you will have the customer journey at the heart of everything you do, and have high standards in store VM. Great opportunity to launch this exciting new store opening.

Store Manager Responsibilities:

  • Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targets
  • Lead by example on the shop floor and back of house
  • Accountable for following company guidelines on policies and procedures.
  • Delivers total customer satisfaction via our service model and boosts sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results
  • Minimises losses implementing, monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention.
  • Manages in store HR operations - recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development of the store team

We want to recruit a Store Manager who is a credible presence in the store, and has proven leadership experience. You will work with other stores in the region to aid your journey and showcase your ambition with your peers.
