About the role:

As our Store Manager, you'll be the mastermind behind our stores success. You'll lead your team with enthusiasm, drive profitability with innovative strategies, and ensure every day is as smooth as our cream cheese frosting. Your leadership will turn challenges into opportunities, and your knack for creating a positive work environment will make our store the go-to place for customers and employees alike. You will oversee daily operations as if the store is your own, keep a close eye on waste controls, labour controls and handle customer feedback with flair.

Essential:

  • Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • 18 years or over due to late night working and closing of the store.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
