Huntswood is looking for a Team Leader ideally with utilities experience to join a 2 month contract on a part time basis, with a water company. If you have managed a team of complaints ideally within utilities, then we want to hear from you.
Managing a team of Complaint Handlers who are dealing with customer complaints you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team as well as conducting quality assurance check. This is a full-time office role based in our central Glasgow hub.
Start Date: 18th November 2024
Day Rate: 240 a day pro rata - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an umbrella company, we can assist you with this
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Working hours: 19 hours a week - Shift pattern to be agreed.
What Huntswood is looking for:
- Extensive Team Leader experience ideally on a utilities contract
- Water company experience is beneficial
- Quality checking experience in a contracting environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Commitment to work in Glasgow office for the duration of the contract
