60,000-65,000 plus bonus

My client are incredibly well recognised in the industry as providing not just a top quality service in care but are known to be specialists supporting those with dementia. Reporting to the Clinical Director as an experienced manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational and clinical aspects of running of the care home. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but some flexibility around on call will be required. ASAP start date.

Responsibilities
* By building strong working relationships with the deputy and care team you will ensure the well-being of residents and staff is to a high standard.
* With strong leadership and management skills, you will motivate a team to deliver a top quality standard of care.
* You will be able to demonstrate success in development and implementing care plans to support each specific resident.
* Ensuring needs are met in all aspects and the home is meeting standards set by care inspectorate and in line with SSSC.
* Be innovative in coming up with new ideas and creating new opportunities for the residents to promote independence.



Requirements
* Must have an active NMC pin. RMN or similar qualifications demonstrating knowledge in dementia is preferred however RGN's will still be considered.
* Professional management and leadership qualification is desirable.
* Driving license is essential.
* Proven track record of improving services within dementia care support.
* Demonstrate experience of leading a clinical team of staff.
