As the Peripatetic Manager, your assignments will include:
- Ensuring all homes comply with relevant legislation and registration requirements
- Engaging in leisure and social activities with residents
- Managing the homes to meet business intentions, including budget control and economic viability
- Maintaining a safe, full, and fun environment
- Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff
As a Peripatetic Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary up to £55,000
- Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

- Previous management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from at least two different care homes
- Excellent operational management experience
- A valid NMC PIN (Preferable)
- A current driving licence and the ability to travel extensively, possibly to different regions
