Morgan Hunt are working with Say Women to recruit for a full time Prevention and Advocacy Service Manager. The position is for an initial 12-month period with extension possible afterwards. The salary for the role is 拢35'399 and the position will be based in their Bell Street Office (Glasgow City Centre). SAY Women offers safe semi-supported accommodation and emotional support for young women aged 16 to 25 who are survivors of sexual abuse, rape or sexual assault and who are homeless, or threatened with homelessness.The role will be to lead the delivery of their Prevention and Advocacy services across SAY Women, this includes overseeing the training programme, their emotional support and advocacy workers and any additional teams subject to funding. You will also provide trauma informed line management to staff of the charity, to be flexible with the changing nature of funding and personnel distribution, ensuring advocacy and prevention work is delivered.Essential Criteria: 路 3+ years of experience in line management of personnel in a similar environment 路 Proven track record in report writing for both internal and external purposes (including funding reports) 路 Experience in managing services with a focus on trauma-informed care路 Strong commitment to feminist principles and the values of SAY Women路 Ability to adapt to changing funding and personnel structures while maintaining service quality 路 Ability to manage budgets, track expenditure, and report financial progress
