Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Manager to oversee approximately 20 services in the Glasgow region. The services specialize in learning disabilities, complex needs, and supported living. The ideal candidate will have significant multi-site management experience within the learning disabilities sector, a strong background in managing large care teams, and excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) standards. Above all, the candidate must be dedicated to providing person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage circa 20 services across Glasgow, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with CI regulations.
- Lead and support large care teams to deliver exceptional service user-focused care.
- Drive community engagement and maintain the charity’s excellent reputation.
-Responsible for the operational and financial performance of several Services, ensuring compliance with all statutory and contractual requirements
- Ensure effective resource management, including budget oversight & above all lead teams with a passion!

Requirements:
- Proven multi-site management experience within the learning disabilities sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on person-centred care.
- In-depth knowledge of CI standards and regulations.
- Experience managing large care teams in a supported living environment
- Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) SVQ Leadership & Mgmt
- Valid driver’s license.
