An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing Advisor to join a leading Healthcare Company. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a competitive salary for 37.5 hours work week.

As a Wellbeing Advisor, you will be reporting to a Senior Wellbeing Physiologist and support the delivery of musculoskeletal and health coaching programs on-site.

You will be responsible for:

  • Deliver health screenings and provide individual and group health interventions.
  • Offer tailored, evidence-based advice on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
  • Support patients in managing lifestyle-induced diseases and chronic conditions.
  • Interpret clinical data, assess risk, and escalate issues to GPs or OH practitioners when necessary.
  • Manage the clinical diary, assist with health promotion campaigns, and deliver workshops and webinars.
  • Lead group rehabilitation programs and deliver evidence-based exercise sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design occupational health programs.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Wellbeing Advisor, Occupational Health Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Advisor, Health & Wellbeing Coach or in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a sport, medical, health, wellbeing, or fitness environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including those with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and mental health conditions.
  • Background in delivering health assessments or knowledge of clinical measures.
  • Knowledge of exercise progression and regression to suit patient needs and injuries.
  • Academic background in subjects such as human physiology, exercise, biochemistry, anatomy/biomechanics, psychology, or nutrition.
  • Must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in Sports Science/Health Science or Physiology.
