The Role

In this role, you'll lead a team of 35, guiding them to deliver innovative and high-quality solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring the team's success through mentorship, performance management, and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Beyond managing the day-to-day, you will play a strategic role in shaping the team's growth and aligning the development process with the business's goals.

You'll also act as a key point of contact for clients, becoming the go-to person for addressing evolving needs, shaping solutions, and ensuring alignment with client goals. Your ability to build strong relationships and stay close to the client's vision will be crucial in ensuring projects exceed expectations.

You'll collaborate with senior leaders to drive initiatives that ensure the team is continuously evolving and staying ahead of industry trends. You will define clear objectives, monitor progress, and conduct regular appraisals to ensure the team's success. Your leadership will inspire innovation, improve processes, and ensure projects exceed client expectations, all while maintaining a focus on high standards and best practices.

The Person

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in leading software development teams and a strong technical background, ideally in Full Stack development. You should have a solid understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI and cloud solutions, and be able to leverage these to drive innovation.

You'll have experience managing a team, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop individuals. Your people management skills will be critical, from defining performance metrics to coaching your team and fostering a collaborative environment.
