Power Platform Developer (Mid-Level & Senior) - Glasgow - up to 85K

Power Platform Developer, with excellent experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages is required by a major company based in Glasgow.

Join a global firm, based out of the Glasgow office, and work on innovative solutions that drive real business impact. With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy the flexibility to balance remote and some in-office collaboration. I'm looking for both Mid-Level and Senior Power Platform Developers to design, develop, and optimise solutions

Experience required:

• Mid-Level: 3+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages.
• Senior Level: 5+ years of experience with Power Platform development and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, SQL, and database-driven applications.
• Proficiency in .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or TypeScript.
• SharePoint expertise, including custom workflows, JSOM, CSOM, JavaScript, and branding.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud integration.
• PL-100 and PL-200 certification (or willingness to obtain upon joining).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, integrate with SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party services, and contribute to high-quality software solutions.

Senior developers will also play a key role in solution architecture, mentoring junior team members, and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Create custom connectors and integrate data from various sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party APIs.
• Develop scalable, maintainable solution architectures.
• Optimise code to meet performance requirements.
• Develop solutions that integrate with other applications and APIs.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates and advancements.
• Work with Azure services to enhance Power Platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions fit within infrastructure requirements.
• Deliver user training and workshops to support adoption.
• Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform development.
• (Senior Level) Lead on solution architecture, best practices, and performance optimisation.
