Your Client a well-established and rapidly growing FinTech company is looking for a talentedSenior Back-End Developerto join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs usingPythonandDjango.
- Collaborate with product, design, and front-end teams to build high-quality, scalable features.
- Focus on the performance, scalability, and security of core systems and services.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring high standards of development practice.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and efficient code through rigorous code reviews.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experienceas a Back-End Developer with strong expertise inPythonandDjango.
- Proven experience working inFinTechor a similar regulated environment is a plus.
- Strong experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), APIs, and web frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Ability to handle complex technical challenges and design scalable, high-performance systems.
- Strong communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
