- The position is for a ServiceNow Developer, located in a hybrid work environment with 1-2 days in Glasgow and the rest remote.

- Typical responsibilities include creating scalable technological designs, developing new ServiceNow procedures and workflows, and reviewing code for junior team members.

DURATION: 12 MONTH INITIAL CONTRACT
* Expertise in web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/GLIDE, jQuery, Angular)
* Proven ability to configure and extend ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet business needs
* Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
* Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW products/modules (GRC, IRM, Integration Hub)
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
* Create rational and scalable technological designs from functional specifications/user stories, aligned to design principles agreed with stakeholders
* Create new ServiceNow procedures and workflows
* Create unique service portal pages and widgets to aid the business capability
* Review and walkthrough the code of junior team members
* Oversee development and deployment of the ServiceNow solution in accordance with industry best practices to ensure system compliance
* Create thorough and organized unit test & regression test plans and suites
