The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the commercial department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Book Keeping Assistance
- Processing Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Ensuring Subcontractors/Suppliers Compliance
- Support Commercial Department Pre/Post Contract
- Assisting with Stationary & PPE Orders
- Ensure Commercial Reports are Issued on timely
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree or diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in bookkeeping, invoice processing, and compliance monitoring.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
