Are you a skilled Scaffolder Part 2 with experience in Man Attendance looking for long-term work on a busy housing development site? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a hardworking team with long-term prospects.

Location:Glasgow, G22
Contract: Long-Term, Ongoing
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
Scaffolding: Erecting and dismantling scaffolding for residential housing projects, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Man Attendance: Safely managing the scaffolding area, ensuring all materials are handled and stored properly.
Actively supporting scaffolders on site, assisting with the smooth operation of scaffolding work and ensuring the area is kept clear of any hazards.
Checking and maintaining the scaffolding structure throughout the day, ensuring safety and stability.
Assisting the team leader in planning and organising daily work tasks, ensuring the scaffolding work meets deadlines.
Ensuring that all safety gear and equipment are in good working order and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Reporting any safety concerns or incidents immediately to the site supervisor.
Assisting with the management of scaffolding materials and ensuring stock levels are monitored and replenished when necessary.
Requirements:
Part 2 Scaffolding Qualification (must have)
Proven experience in scaffolding, preferably on housing sites
Previous Man Attendance experience is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also independently when required
Must pass a drugs and alcohol test prior to employment
Safety-critical medical preferred but not essential
