As one of the UK's leading HVAC commissioning specialists, the company has experienced sustained success and is undergoing a period of growth. They are now seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to play a key role in their highly professional team.

In this role, you will oversee the commissioning process to ensure projects meet the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive commissioning plans, programs, and tracker documents, organizing and reporting on Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to confirm equipment readiness, and inspecting installations to ensure they are prepared for commissioning. You will also lead commissioning meetings, working closely with BMS/FA commissioning engineers to test and commission interfaces in readiness for L4 and L5 testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for collating and managing all test documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commissioning and management within the building services industry, along with a solid understanding of BSRIA and CIBSE standards. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, and you should be flexible and willing to travel as needed. Candidates based in the Midlands or South of England are particularly encouraged to apply.

The person:

  • Clean UK driving license
