ERP Manager - Glasgow/Newcastle Hybrid - Circa 65K plus Bonus
Lorien's client, a rapidly growing organisation with bases across the UK and overseas providing life-saving products to people around the globe, is looking to secure the services of an ERP Systems Manager on a permanent basis.

Role Outline:
- Draft up and deliver technical solutions revolving around key ERP systems at the heart of the company's operations as the organisation grows and evolves
- Take the reins for a close-knit ERP squad, acting as the bridge between the technical and business sides of the firm; understanding their needs, translating these requirements into feasible solutions via Business Central and take the process of instilling these into the business from end-to-end (including migrations, config, testing support, training and user guidance)
- Liaise with other personnel as part of a multidisciplinary team as you weave Dynamics 365 Business Central further into the IT department and wider business' operations
The skills/background they're looking for:
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (/NAV)
- Background involving process improvement initiatives
- Good grasp of requirements gathering, ability to tailor solutions accordingly, and seeing projects delivered from end-to-end
- Previous dealings with data migrations, system config, user support/training and relevant documentation
- Ideally, but not necessarily, any previous work with BI tools, data warehousing, project management methodologies, and/or reporting offerings
