Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology projects within the banking or financial services sector and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing technology projects within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align project objectives with broader business goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing project risks.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives within a technology context.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical understanding and experience with PEGA modernization projects.
- Experience in financial services and customer-facing applications.
- Proactive approach and comfortable running workshops.
