Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology projects within the banking or financial services sector and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing technology projects within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and align project objectives with broader business goals.

  • Experience in leading change management initiatives within a technology context.

Preferred Skills:

  • Technical understanding and experience with PEGA modernization projects.

  • Proactive approach and comfortable running workshops.
