The position of Traffic Administrator involves:

  • Monitor, check and scan all driver to customer proof of deliveries.
  • Data input using various internal/external IT systems to include checking all Sub-Contractor invoices and proof of deliveries.
  • General administration duties to include data entry, filing and scanning paperwork.
  • Customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties to include responding to all queries via email, phone and face to face in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with on-site duties for the depot.
  • You will be required to work closely with our customers to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.

Essential skills required for Traffic Administrator:

  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
  • Attention to detail is crucial and working to deadlines daily.
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
