Our client is a Housing Association in Glasgow is seeking a temporary Maintenance Assistant to help liaise with Tenants and provide day-to-day co-ordination of maintenance and compliance activities.

You will speak with Tenants on a daily basis, taking details from them, and then liaise with Maintenance Staff and Contractors to help resolve maintenance problem, issues work orders and meet expectations of the Tenants.

The coordinating and management of compliance records is a major requirement of this role, the projects will relate to contracts and works including - Gas Servicing and Maintenance, Fire Safety, Legionella and Asbestos.

You will also involve yourself with administrative tasks such as update databases, job records, and work closely with colleagues in different departments.

The suited candidate who has experience working in a Housing Maintenance team, has good customer services skills and a have a working knowledge of computer packages, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ideally you will have experience organising workloads, be able to respond quickly to changing priorities and often under pressure remain focused and able to meet deadlines.
