YouwillworkforanexperiencedfranchiseServiceLeaderandcanbenefitfrom
manufacturertraining,agreatatmosphereandplentyofworktokeepyouproductive!
Asaskilledservicetechnician,youmustholdskillsandknowledgetodiagnosesystem
faults,rectifythefaults(includingreplacingcomponents)andreturnvehiclesystemsto
manufacturerspecification.
OurclientiswelcomingapplicationsfromexperiencedserviceTechnicianstrainedto
diagnosticormastertechnicianlevels,withininafranchiseddealerenvironment.
YouwillrequireaFullUKdriverslicenceandhaveyourowntools.
Dependingonyourskilllevel,therolewillinvolve:
?Utilisingyourtechnicalknowledgetocarryoutrepairsandmaintenanceon
customervehicles,includingminorandmajormechanicalwork
?Completemajorelectricalandenginerepairwork
?Meetanddiscussthevehicleandrepairsneededwiththecustomerwhen
necessary
?Carryoutroadtestsofcustomervehiclesafterworkhasbeencarriedout
?Usingadvanceddiagnosticequipmenttofaultfinditemsrelevanttothefranchise
brand
?AbilitytocompleteaVehicleHealthCheck(VHC)ensuringthatthe(VHC)video
completionmeetstargetandexceedsallVehicle(VHC)KPIs
RoleRequirements:
?Technicalknowledgetoallowyoutoconfidentlyandsafelycarryoutrepairsand
maintenanceofcustomervehicles.
?Demonstratecapabilityandconfidenceinusingsystemsandequipmentwithin
theworkshop
?Experiencewithinafranchisedealerworkingtothehighestqualitystandards
?Experienceofworkingtoproductivitytargets
?Workingaspartofateamtoachievethebestresultsforthecustomer
