We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our large civil engineering client in Glasgow. The business is keen to onboard an administrator who can support with general business administration, fleet coordination, and purchase management.

The company has a strong pipeline of work ahead, particularly in the road maintenance industry throughout the West of Scotland.

Main duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with suppliers and haulage companies.
  • Ensure all databases are kept up-to date.
  • Produce and validate purchase orders for suppliers. 
  • File all invoices accordingly.
  • Ensure all the plant, equipment and fleet vehicle movements are updated correctly in the database.


The use of MS office and Excel are essential.
