Job Title: Head of Payroll & PensionsLocation: Glasgow / Hybrid Working Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum  We are working with an established organisation in Glasgow that are looking for a Head of Payroll & Pensions to lead the function for over 10000 employees. Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the team processing high volume payroll of 10,000+ including pensions, benefits, travel and expenses.
  • Lead the development and training of a large teams.
  • Implement best practice and develop/improve policies and procedures.
  • Answer and resolve all payroll related queries.
  • Design, develop and deliver new processes. 
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
You will have:
  • Excellent communication, coaching and people skills.
  • Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, including pensions.
  • Experience in running high volume payrolls of 10,000+.
  • Strong team leadership skills, including experience in coaching.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to manage budgets, forecast and create payroll reports.
  • Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel.
