- Excellent communication, coaching and people skills.
- Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, including pensions.
- Experience in running high volume payrolls of 10,000+.
- Strong team leadership skills, including experience in coaching.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to manage budgets, forecast and create payroll reports.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel.
