Training Manager & Delivery Consultant - Financial Services / Payments

Our client, a large & well-known banking organisation is looking for a Training Workstream Lead to own the Training Design & Training Delivery across a key programmes of work within the Payments Transformation space.

The contract will be facilitated via an umbrella company with a rate banding of circa £500 - 619 per day to the umbrella. Initial contract until the end of November. The role is mostly remotely based (from the UK) with a requirement to be onsite possibly once a quarter. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating & maintaining the detailed training plan, overseeing the execution as well as managing the training stream to design, develop & deploying training delivery solutions & training materials. You will have:* Proven experience of creating and delivering Training & learning strategies and plans in a lead capacity* Experience of leading training workstreams on transformation projects within Financial Services, ideally in the payments space * The demonstrable ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders* Familiar with training technology solutions* Experience of Training Needs Analysis and TNA design and delivery* Strong communication skills, both written and verbalIf you have the key skills & experience required, please apply immediately!
