People Solutions is urgently seeking a Warehouse Operative with a valid RTITB Counterbalance Licence for a position in Cumbernauld.
The role requires a valid UK Driving Licence and applicants must be aged 25 or over due to insurance requirements.

Daily duties include organizing stock, picking and packing orders, operating a forklift, and occasionally driving a company van.

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 7.30AM - 5.00PM (OCCASIONAL SATURDAY'S MAY BE REQUIRED)

PAY RATE: £13.00 PER HOUR

People Solutions are urgently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid RTITB Counterbalance Licence to join our client based in Cumbernauld.

Due to insurance requirements, you must hold a valid UK Driving Licence and be aged 25 or over.

While the primary role is warehouse-based, flexibility is essential, as you may be required to cover van driving duties when necessary.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering a great rate of pay and long-term career potential.

Day to Day Duties

Organising stock and maintaining warehouse order
Picking and packing orders
Loading and unloading stock
Operating an RTITB Counterbalance Forklift to move materials safely
Driving the company van to deliver to customers as required
Shrink-wrapping orders in preparation for dispatch

Essential Skills

A valid RTITB Counterbalance Licence
A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
Aged 25 or older due to insurance requirements
Physically fit, capable of lifting and moving heavy goods
Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to team needs
No more than six points on your Driving Licence for minor infringements
No DR or DD convictions due to insurance restrictions

Desirable Experience

Familiarity with local road networks
Previous experience in a warehouse and delivery role

Training

All manual handling training will be provided, with additional support throughout your employment.
