Sonic Summary

First Achieve's Engineering Division is seeking a Fabricator Welder for an established company in the North/East Greater Glasgow region.
The position offers a temporary probation period at £16 per hour, transitioning to approximately £14.85 per hour upon permanent employment.
Candidates should have experience in sheet metal work, metal fabrication, and ideally MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding.
The role requires collaboration within a team and reports to the Warehouse Manager, with a 39-hour work week and overtime paid at 1.5x.
Applicants should have relevant experience in welding and fabrication, with opportunities for long-term stability and career progression.

First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a Fabricator Welder to join an established and growing company in the North/East Greater Glasgow region. Our client is an international manufacturer, dedicated to Marine products world-wide.

What's on Offer:

Temp (probation) to perm after 12 weeks
Paying £16 per hour while under temp (probation) through agency
Paying circa £14.85 per hour once permanent
39hr work week
4.5 day work week
7am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and 7am to 12pm Fri
OT 1.5x

This role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and you will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team of operatives in ensuring the efficient and continual, management and organisation, of products on the premise.

Essential skills, experience and knowledge:

The successful candidate must have:

Experience in Sheet Metal Work / Metal Fabrication / Plating
MIG & TIG Welding experience would also be ideal.
Aluminium Welding Experience.
