Here at Aspirare, we are currently recruiting for a Welder Fabricator to join a reputable company as a Welder Fabricator, offering excellent pay, regular hours, and unlimited overtime opportunities. - Base Salary: Up to £41,730 per annum.
- Overtime: Unlimited, paid at 1.5x.
- Working Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Key Requirements:
- Experience: Time-served as a Welder or Fabricator.
Skills:
- Proficient in MIG welding.
- Desirable: Coded welding 135 MAG semi-automatic.
- Ability to weld aluminium, steel, and stainless steel (2mm to 25mm), including corrosion work.
- Structural welding, such as brackets, structural beam work, joints, and sole bars.
- Competence in using hand tools, buffing, and grinding panels to prepare for welding.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to complete paperwork accurately and follow work instructions diligently.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Health & Safety: Must pass a drug and alcohol test.
