A successful accountancy practice is seeking a Part-Qualified Accountant to join their rural team in the Mendips area.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting senior accountants to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services to rural clients
  • Aiding the delivering and review of accounts and tax returns
  • Delivering excellent client services and high levels of customer service
  • Taking responsibility for preparing and reviewing both accounts and tax returns
  • Ensuring all work is compliant with regulations
  • Ensuring that client information is kept up-to-date and accurate
You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Have previously completed AAT Level 3 and be working towards AAT Level 4
  • Have some experience gained from within an accountancy practice environment 
  • Be knowledgeable in preparing accounts and tax returns for clients such as sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
  • A reasonable understanding of accounting principles and practices and tax regulations
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are required for this role

Specifically, the position holder will be supporting the rural team by undertaking duties to work alongside more senior accountants in delivering a seamless service to customers.
